For many days the thick white blanket of cloud was above us.

Now it is below us, filling the Estuary as dawn appears from the guest bedroom window.

To RSPB after breakfast. The low sun was so strong that from three of the hides it was impossible to see anything. But the coffee and meeting many people we know made the trip well worth while.
