The Lurgy

I had a rubbish nights sleep, which I think was to do  with the fact I seem to have picked up the lurgy and my throat felt as if I had swallowed razor blades. I also have a nice irritating cough.

Anyway, I thought I would check our medication drawer (sounds like a pharmacy) to see if there was any cough linctus or throat sweeties and hurrah, yes. That said, the expiry dates were long past and I thought it was probably wise to throw them all out … use by 31 May 2015 … mmm.

Anyway, my only trip out was to Tesco to stock up again (inc. Ultra Chlorasceptic), which gave me the opportunity to get a blip down by the harbour. 

Now back home and I’m not inclined to move again today, especially since it’s the last day of BBC ‘Doctors’, which will be missed by many loyal viewers.
