Snowdrop Shoots

The grocery lorry arrived on time and after putting everything away I typed up the minutes from yesterday’s committee meetings. Then I met a friend for coffee.
 
After lunch I reread the minutes, did some minor corrections and sent them to the chairman for approval.
 
Today’s picture is of some snowdrop shoots. These always appear before any of the other snowdrops in the garden and are in the main front border.
 
The temperature at noon today was ten degrees Celsius.
