A later therapy session had me in town for the sunset. The sun was setting in the west but taking a photo of that meant having the Christmas fun fair things in the shot . Far too early for that . 
So turned 180 degrees and got the moon rising over Calton Hill. I was glad I had my camera. I really want to get back to using my camera more, as it's just lying there. I used to carry it everywhere but as phone cameras got better I gave up that. 

It was the third last therapy session. A varied chat; hashing out my peer support meeting yesterday and again she helped me with how I can cope better, and had good suggestions. We also  talked about how I want the last session to go.
