GELLI PRINTING

I spent the morning with FrenchFriend who kindly gave me a demo of her new art addiction of Gelli printing.  She gave a demo at Art Club on Monday, but I missed it, so had a personal one.  I think I could get addicted too but just don’t have the room to lay everything out, to get messy, or to house all the papers etc.  My art cum sewing cum photographic studio is a corner of the dining room table where everything has to be cleared away after use.  However, I loved learning the process and loved all the things you can use gelli prints for.

My blip is FF’s work done on board with multiple layers of gelli papers, leaf shapes cut out from previously done papers and embellished with white pen.  This was a favourite of mine.
