Sunrise

Today I started with a coaching call at 8 am!!


It was an awesome call - love where my client is heading.


After the call I went for breakfast then tidied the room so that I could let the cleaners in when going to the beach.


I spent the afternoon at the beach. It was hot.


At 3 pm it got really stormy - all of a sudden and the umbrellas were flying around.
I held mine and it turned my over and pulled me off the seat.
It was very comical me holding onto it like Mary Poppins as it would have gone rogue if I had let it go.

Thanks god a lady came and helped me to close it.



With the wind the beach was not as pleasant anymore and I went back to the Hotel.


I had a call with the sword sisters at 5 pm and it was exciting to hear Lucia talking about Marrakesh.
I know I will love it!!!



Neil, Sarah and Gordon came back after 6 pm.



At 8 pm Neil, Sarah and I went to Sequeira Grill por Kilo  - it wasn’t super great but I managed to eat again too much.



Fell to bed right after.
