Forlorn...

Up with the larks this morning.

D put the Tesco order away before heading off to the Lake District for his annual walking / golfing weekend, although he did pop back in when he remembered Alan's support worker Penny had brought her homemade sticky toffee pudding for us to try.  So he headed off with the Empire Biscuits and a chunk of sticky toffee pudding! 

After he'd gone, Lola gave a big sigh and lay down.  She'd seen his bag and knew he was off for longer than an hour.  I did give her lots of cuddles but I am a poor substitute for her No1 Human :-)

Thankfully she was jumping around with great excitement an hour later when R came to collect her and take her off to his till Sunday.  I will miss her but she will have a ball playing with their dog Biscuit :-)

An afternoon of tidying and getting ready for D's sister Ele arriving tomorrow afternoon.  She's staying till Sunday and my best pal Agnes is arriving on Saturday and staying till Sunday, so a bit of a girls' weekend for me.  Can't be letting D have all the fun!
