Donegal Bay

Given an opportunity to go out in a boat in Donegal Bay to possibly see whales, with a relatively calm forecast, despite having no sea legs, sure, what would you do?
It was relatively calm, but overcast & on occasions, the fog closed in. There were 100s of dolphins, but that didn’t make it easy to get decent photos. The dolphins are amazingly fast, head in all directions & were often racing the boat, my timing wasn’t great.
We also saw a Minke whale & a Fin whale (identified as FWIRL54 by Irish Whale and Dolphin Group), which I didn’t realise until I looked at the photos this evening.
