It's A New Dawn, It's A New Day

.... but is it any different from yesterday. Fog all day long!

Our SwingFit tutor had chosen some new songs for our session, this was one of them.

Yeah, I didn't think i was feeling "good", but, at the end of the day, I am. 

A new life? Possibly. I have had some suggestions from #2 Daughter about things I should discuss with my doctor. This morning I made an appointment, the surgery had asked me to make it in any case but I will introduce new things my doctor doesn't know about! 

I also started on a new prescription which is making me feel a lot better, but I have to wait for the side effects to kick in...... or not!
