Notes: Was pouring rain from early morning - should've packed a lot of the car yesterday. Waited awhile and then loaded some in the rain when Kathy went for groceries. Lizzy spent time on my bed several times as I was packing up - going to miss her so much! Time seemed to get away from me then waiting out the rain, heated some food, packed the freezer cooler early so Kathy could get her stuff in (and was chilly enough in garage to leave the cooler out there. Kept packing and then had to do a bunch for SpeakOUT - combined dialogues tonight from Sept one canceled for Helene. Car LOADED DOWN! Finally pulled out 110p, was shooting for 1p (still raining lighter when I left) and noticed low tire light on. Decided on the road to re-route first to Discount Tire and have them all checked, the guy put air in all of them and the light went off. Onward then for another 3+ solid hours, all but the last little bit in solid rain, some heavy, lots of slowdowns. Finally hit the VA state line just before 5p, went thru some mtns and then was about 2 miles from the house and had several gas stations, filled up. Was texting w/ the couple and they were a few min behind me so took my time. Long evening then, online a bit adding in a few more SpeakOUT registrations before they started. We didn't go out to feed the horses then till almost 830p, was well after 9p till we got in, I took a hot shower (it's cold here!) and now is already 10p and just getting to where I can head to bed. It's a lot here and first thing in the morning and then too late at night. Having Lizzy in my room this morning and watching me pack the car seems like days and days ago.
