A Friday Fail

Oh dear, I really didn’t make much progress with the sorting today. The next couple of boxes to be opened happened to contain a load more books and DVD’s. I gave away the bookcase they had been arranged in at the flat because I knew there wouldn’t be a place for it in the bungalow. They won’t fit on any of the bookshelves here, which are pretty much full now. I will have to store them in the garage and hope that my planned garden room can be large enough to have some shelves fitted in it. All the unsigned and so far unread paperbacks could then go in there. I just don’t want to give away novels that I haven’t even read yet. Maybe I ought to make a diagram of action, and perhaps the garden room should move further up the to-do list as an extra place for some of my “treasures” (though not the rare and valuable ones!).

So it hasn’t been the best day for achievement, but I did at least go out for a walk and stopped by at Tesco for a couple of top-up bits. These flowers looked so perfect and fresh on display that I couldn’t resist taking a photo to blip.
