Autumn Walk

We went to the training hall in the morning and spent several hours there.

I enjoy working with the boys again. 

We went for a walk on the way home. 
Xmas and Gollum are wearing their "Back on Track Mesh Coats" as they have just been training and I want their muscles to cool slowly to avoid stiffness. The Nordic Championship is approaching rapidly, so we are being extra careful. 
Tango is not a big fan of coats, so I don't make him wear one unless it is very cold.
