In Service Day

The last two days have been school In Service days (teacher training days). I took the day off and we all went off on an adventure. A wander around Aden Country Park and the lunch at The Murly Tuck in Tarves. Both brilliant.

We did a chunk of the nature trail at Aden but still plenty left to do another day. It’s a long trail especially when the play park is right there drawing a 4 year old in! The ruined old house was a fun hide and seek location too.

Lunch at The Murly Tuck was very good. Good coffee and I went for their special Murly MacAttack. Mac and Cheese with bacon and garlic croutons. Delicious. Jen’s toasted ciabatta was really good too and stuffed full! Kara was chuffed with a ham & cheese sarnie and an apple juice!
