Busy one-to-one day with the team.

We had great news mid-morning when it was confirmed that the team were finalists for Best Team in the UK Excellence Awards. So, we are on our way to Wembley!

Had an unexpected surprise at lunch when I opened my post and discovered that I'd won £100 from Ernie and his Premium Bonds. Whohoo!

My young padawan gave an update on her Masters project today in front of the CEO and COO. She's done some serious work and it is going to be a great piece of work when she's finished. So proud of her.

Hopeful for a quiet weekend.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  My team being finalists in the Best Team category
2.  A £100 premium bond win
3.  A great performance by my young padawan
