Welcome to Somerton

We’ve driven past on the main road so many times but today we thought we would go and see what Somerton (Capital of the Royal Ancient Kingdom of Wessex) is like.
Chose a nice day for it, had coffee outside in the sunshine, lunch at The Globe (seems we should have picked the White Hart but the Globe was good), a potter round the church and spent some money in the antiques shop.
Fun with the girls when they got home from school (pictures tomorrow).
A grand day all round.
