Autumn Colour

Went for an early walk. Had a bad headache but started working. I think screen use doesn’t help. It was an interesting morning work wise, W was having a busy one too. Made us lunch. I still had a sore head so I didn’t bother with the gym. Just a rainy walk. Luckily I slowly improved. We enjoyed tea, I’ve cleaned upstairs and have been watching Children in Need. The performances by the children have been amazing.
