C finally met son K today…. we had a lovely couple of hours, breakfast in Wetherspoons, a wander around Meadowhall. I bought the girls a couple of treats for Dad to take back, as they were dismayed not to accompany him lol

C & now me, are both full of colds, feeling pretty rough tbh :-/ on top of being one handed, getting fed up lol

I had to chase my follow up appointment as I hadn’t heard anything……. apparently it had been missed, they don’t know how!! Anyhow it’s now next Tuesday, 17 days after my surgery, rather than 10-14, not impressed, nor have I had any guidance or instruction re moving my hand/arm, or not, in terms of stretching or exercising. I just hope it’s all healing ok when they finally look at it :-/
