Once there was a sign shop across the street. 

It became a vacant lot about 10 years ago. Signs appeared promising shiny new dwellings. Oooh that'd be 4-5 years ago.
Heavy plant appeared last week and ground work has begun.

And- most importantly- they've a trolley on the site.
