Before the crash (backblip)

On the tenth of October I went to get my next covid jab in the next town. Afterwards I went for a walk hoping the vaccine spreads quickly through the veins. I planned a sort of route beforehand. After an hour or so I was looking sideways at a nice playground. In that spot the concrete of the walking path came up due to tree roots. I didn't notice and that's when I fell forward putting my arms up in protection. After a little while a neighbourhood lady came to me. She phoned the ambulance and had kids from the playground fetch a blanket from her home which she put on me. The ambulance gave me morfine and ketamine so I was only vaguely aware of them lifting me up. Otherwise the pain would have been too much. I am thankful for that lady, the ambulance people and those who cared for me at the hospital.
