Sherborne

I had an appointment in Sherborne this morning and took the opportunity afterwards to do a bit of browsing in the shops and walking about in the sunshine.  I managed to pick up a Jaeger t-shirt in my size in the hospice charity shop and a few odds and ends in the Factory Shop.  There are many independent shops which are so refreshing compared with the neighbouring town centre where there are a few chain stores selling identical goods and often little choice and a lot of empty shop spaces where businesses have closed or moved.

Friend C came and stayed the night on her way back from Exmouth.  Good to see her and have a catch-up.
