TFI Friday, Again

The week seems to have flown by, and Friday’s here again. It’s been cool and cloudy, but the rain held off for most of the day. I’m in the main office today, supervising, which is always fun and much more sociable than regular shifts. It was a hectic morning, though, and the afternoon continued in the same vein, with a ton of administrative work, so I did not get away until after six. Luckily, I did manage to escape for a while at lunchtime and drove into the countryside to find a photo for the day… we even had a little sunshine while I was doing it.

It’s Vanessa’s birthday today, and although we both prefer ours to be much more low-key than for the boys, we did have a lovely evening with a pizza feast from Papa John and a movie.
