I pulled off the skirting so it can be fixed back to the wall properly (the previous owner filled in a 10mm gap with newspaper then caulked over it…) then I started stripping paint from said skirting and the window surrounds. I’ll give it sand down to see if I need to strip more, before I call it a day!

EDIT (17 November):  Bilpfoto did email to tell me I was three days away from my 2500th blip but I forgot, otherwise I would have taken something a bit better...  :)
