Holton Pit

Got away with the caravan around 9.45 usual time arrived at Holton Suffolk around 12.15 quite an easy run very little traffic and only one holdup for roadworks.
New site for us recommend by friends, the owner came over an had a chat all looking good.
After the initial setting up we popped into Halesworth for lunch, we both had ham egg chips and beans and neither of us could finish it.
Had a wander along the High St bit sad quite a lot of empty shops. There used go be several lovely independent shops and cafes but most of them are gone.
The site owner had told us about the new wildlife area just up the road so we stopped and had a wander looks very nice and we will visit again.

Cloudy with drizzle from time to time 10c so not very warm
