I was still tired this morning, but got up early to deal with a few work things. I did about an hour and a half then logged off and put my laptop away. I went out for a wee walk to re-start my day, and ended up at the pop up bakery, where I had to queue for a while. It was worth it. I came away with a sourdough loaf and a baguette along with a few other treats.

I headed home, did a few chores, then headed out for a run. The sun was out, but it was windy. I was slow, and still felt a bit congested, but did my six mile route. I was very much looking forward to lunch.

Later in the afternoon I went for a walk to stretch my very weary legs, calling into the supermarket for a few bits and pieces for tea.

TT was home late, as he went for a drink with a colleague, and then in the way home, someone smashed the windscreen of the bus. Meanwhile I enjoyed my tea while watching Slow Horses.

The river was turned to liquid gold by the setting sun.
