Parkrun

Saturday.. so of course parkrun day

I was intending to go a bit easier this week… blasting it each week can be a bit much

Then my pace buddy turned up who has also found some recent form .. so that plan went out of the window… albeit a tad off last weeks effort

Annoyingly my right Achilles was aching a bit.. but I pressed on to pace Hayley… she dug in last k and was First Lady

20:23 and 20th place out of 420 for me.

Out for supper tonight at eldest sons… he is a great cook
