Across the fields

It was a lovely morning with a slight frost. The cows had come up the field to graze on the green leaves at the side of the field. You can just see them in a dark line. I quickly took this shot and then started getting various things together for our visit to our daughter’s. A couple of hours later we set off in delightful weather but by the time we arrived the sun had disappeared behind the clouds.

Our youngest grandson had just woken up and shortly afterwards we all headed out to pick up our oldest grandson from school. He was delighted to see us and we went back home via the park.

Our son arrived soon afterwards and once the children were in bed we enjoyed a good meal together.
