Rhythm
I did something different this morning.
I ran 10k instead of 5k. I ran the Lochore Meadows Parkrun, then turned around and ran back around the course to the start.
It was all in a good cause - a charity in Ethiopia. My "virtual" 10k can be tracked on Strava by the organisers. The real thing starts in Addis Ababa in about 9 hours.
I was curious about how the second 5k would go. I enjoyed it once I found a good rhythm and was still comfortable (but tired) at the end.
It was a wonderful morning for running and maybe my Blip shows why I like that course so much when the weather is right.
