Aira Force

Special blip days are like buses, you wait and wait for one to come along and then two arrive one after the other.  It is only 15 days ago that I was celebrating my 4,000th blip with an unbroken record.  Suddenly its my 4,015th which probably means I have been blipping for 11 years nonstop.  I started on the 17th December 2013 to record my hip replacement and thought I would only go a few months.

The reason I have reached 11 years without having reached the start date is that I put up some of what were then called archival blips (shots  from before you joined).  In those days they didn't count to your total but somewhere along the line they were counted into the total.

For the blip I nipped out to Aira Force intending to park in the car park halfway down the hill for the short walk to the force.  The best laid plans of mice and men ......  The car park was absolutely full so I had to go on down to the main car park and do the longer walk in intermitted showers.  I think it was worth it.
