Rain and Oil

At midday we delivered the final bags with olives to the plant where they produce the olive oil from the olives. As you can tell, it rained a bit then. And since we're home it rained lots in the evening! 

We got the total result of this week's harvest = 800 kilo's of olives = 200 kilo's of olive oil... the olives from the latter and more flat field, had a little body and thus more oil than we expected. Sweetheart and the newly weds (see extra), plus myself, are most pleased with the result we have, as we'd not expected this amount of oil after inspecting the olives on the trees a month ago.

Our friends, the newly weds + me are are covered in itchie spots... I wondered what was wrong with my skin (arms, legs, trunk) but they too, are covered in itchy bites and today we noticed the many many ants, who must have bitten us when we were in the fields from Monday onwards.
