Adam Black and the Big Wheel
Edinburgh old and new. The Fare has taken over half of the top section of East Princes Street gardens, with the Big Wheel, now open, turning above the bronze of Adam Black (provost, publisher, bookseller).
Extra of the sausage pans getting ready to feed Fare goers ..
Was heading over to the Castle Terrace market; bought more cheese, apples, bread, and game. The other Fare is being built at the bottom of the West end of Princes Street gardens, frustrating everyone who uses that route to short cut around the streets.
Out in the afternoon by the Warriston path to Victoria park, then by the Ferry path to a conveniently timed no 23 bus. Much colder in the stronger West wind.
