Practicing with gingerbread biscuits

Kate has asked if I could make some gingerbread biscuits for the Carol Service.

I’ve never made gingerbread before so was excited to have a go.

I’m not a huge fan of gingerbread, but these turned out just right for me, and my family. Kate said she’d like a bit more ginger, so I’ll have another go soon.

Oh and it’s our 32nd wedding anniversary today :).
