Several external meetings today so, after a rubbish sleep, I dosed myself up on all the medicine I could find, slathered on the makeup, and yet still the first colleague I saw on a video call said “oh no, what’s wrong with you?”

So, mostly blowing my nose, feeling fuzzy, and trying to remember when I took the last paracetamol.

I don’t think I’ve had a Proper Cold since we left Scotland, so I had forgotten how loosing a week was just a regular part of winter.
