This is to show that lettuce can be grown in even the smallest of spaces. You can see the cut and come again property of the lettuce on the green lettuce.

Get you container,, cover the drainage holes, fill with multi purpose compost, then sprinkle sparingly with the seeds of your choice, cover with a thin layer of soil and keep watered. In about three week you bound be harvesting your own salad.
