Winter, suddenly (Day 3478)

The morning wander with Sigyn was very cold but the full moon made it lighter than usual. The Sunday shopping trip was a bit of a waste of time, weather related ferry disruption having had a knock on effect on supermarket stock. While I was in town the first flurries of snow arrived and accompanied me home.
Back home I got a couple of chores out of the way and around mid day took Sigyn for a wander at Lyde. We arrived just after a snow shower stopped and walked on the first slushy snow of the season (extra).
Later I zoomed to Stromness to put hay out for the horses and met up with my beautiful wife in a blizzard.
