Sourdough

I noticed this when I bobbed down the hill to score some wholemeal flour. I idly reflected on whether they may be any other ways of making sourdough-flavoured bread...

I've made bread and also breaded pork belly. I'm having that with roasted peppers and a jacket potato with fresh tomato & garlic sauce. I might also try a glass of wine because it's Sunday and I'm back to work in the AM
