Brougham Castle

This was yesterday.  I decided to have a look at the Herdwick Sheep Photo display, and it was good.  I didn't buy the companion book at £155.00!  I was going to Rheged first, but decided to call back later as the weather was very favourable.  As the castle wasn't open until 10am I'm glad this early visit was beneficial for colours and reflections.  The sky was blue which it wasn't on my return (flat grey-nothing new there then.)
Today much of it was spent tidying up the patio and planting,  A. helping 
with most-he likes his gardening, after another early start for me.
There was a farmer's market at Rheged an opportunity for some street photography.
