C Is For Canoeist, Lockmeadow, Maidstone

Another Sunday so another weekly food shop followed by our usual drink at The Horseshoes. On the way back home with our provisions we stopped off at Lockmeadow to see if we could get our shots for the day. Luckily, the sun popped out just as we parked the car and as we were walking along the footbridge over the Medway I spotted that there seemed to be a canoe race in progress. I wanted to try and capture the spray from this canoeist's blades as he moved through the water and this image was the best of the ones that I took (please view large).
