Scat Ness Sunday

Another bitterly cold day - with snow and sleet showers drifting through at regular intervals. The wind-chill temperature this morning was -8C (an improvement on the -13C that was reported yesterday).

After hunkering down for the day yesterday, it was a relief to get a morning walk on Scat Ness (main picture) and an afternoon walk on Quendale beach in the afternoon (see the extra). Both walks completed with out getting wet - or snowed on.
