Ubud

After breakfast we took the hotel shuttle down to Ubud for a couple of hours. We had a look in a temple, walked around the market, and had a coffee in a roadside cafe. The general vibe was interesting, and seemed mainly focused on a Hindu celebration taking place over the course of a few days. The main street was busy with traffic and it was hard to escape it, but interesting sights were there if you looked for them, like the way the women carry things on their heads as in this photo. After we were collected we spent time around the hotel relaxing.
