It is Very Windy

It has been sunny with a strong cold wind. I went to the swimming pool with my friend this morning to the excerise class. Just as I was getting in the pool I felt my heart go into AF. It has been good for two days. I did the excerises. My heart wasn't too high. We meet some of the class and the teacher for a warm drink afterwards. I wasn't feeling great, but was managing. 

By the time I got home my AF went up really high for a few hours. It is still in AF I am hoping it will go back to normal before I go to bed. I really don't want another eight hour wait in A&E again. I will definitely get the ambulance this time, if need be.
