woke in terrible groin pain, and managed to get an appointment this afternoon….later the pain was so bad i could hardly walk, rang the surgery, and wonder above wonder i had a home visit by a PA who did what he had to do do and was going to report to the gp, i am awaiting a gp phone call, but basically, rest, painkillers and i will get physio coming home as well….

so today’s blip is a corner opposite from where i sit…
