Frosty

A cold but crisp and clear day - lovely to have so much sun and to have it feeling more appropriate for the time of year temperature wise!
I enjoyed the walk through the Meadows to meet @Tweedy in the EFI cafe, spotting quite a lot of frost where the sun hadn't yet reached.
We chatted, caught up on all sorts of stuff, and got interrupted by FMcK and JH who were separately in the cafe for informal meetings and came over to say hi. We then made our way round the building with me talking about the decisions that lay behind a lot of the design details and thinking about all the people who would have worked or been treated in the building when it was still a hospital.
Lovely morning, then we parted ways and I came home for a couple of phone call catch ups/reviews, tiidied up the last of the dishes etc from yesterday’s lunch, then chatted on FaceTime to K about the grandchildren and Christmas plans (or lack of them!).
After leftover supper I settled down to watch some recorded programmes that I’d missed on recent evenings.
