What to Do.

This pen must be approaching 100yrs old - it was in a box with some of my parents' bits and bobs.  It's only a simple pen, but what to do with it.  I don't like the idea of just scrapping it, but the cost of restoration is likely to be cira. £45.  Something of a dilemma......
