A really good pilates class this morning, I think I am going to be sore in the morning. 
Later on I went to get a gift for my therapist. I wasn't going to get her anything apart from a card, as I didn't know what to get. Then I saw a mini vase that would take one stem, saying 'thank you for helping me grow'. I didn't buy it but kept thinking about it. Today I went back for it. A perfect size too as she is leaving for Europe, so won't take up any space. I passed by the bridges on the way there and back.
