Front of house make over

I really wanted to do something to make the front of our house a little more organised and co-ordinated.... just not sure what that looks like.  

I have taken the rather woody lavenders out and cut the back of the plants just in front the window to try and give a little room behind.  Now we just have to decide what to put in front but at least the prep is mostly done.
