Sourdough bread baking

Yesterday a friend came by to have a look at the new house and brought a batch of sourdough starter. Then he showed me how to make dough with it. It had the whole night to rise and out of the oven came a gorgeous bread with a delicious taste.
Today we even have some longer stretches of sun and I got a nice phonecall from my daughter who had been at the burial of our former neighbor.
