Elles Bailey

Another Calton hill walk this morning and headed into the office, managed to finish early and get back as I was meeting DR to go to a gig.  Had a quick pint in the Guildford as realized we thought the gig was at a different venue. Got to Cabaret Voltaire in time, only to find all they had on tap was Tennants. Demi Marriner was the first warm up, OK but a bit too county for me. Ida May were the second group which we both didn’t like. Elles Bailey was very good, most of her new album but that was to be expected. Gig finished at 10 so had a quick pint before RD went home.
