Snowing in Blackburn

We had a lovely day together. Breakfast, receiving some old-friend visitors for short while, out to the charity shops of Longridge, and then lunch nearby at a farm restaurant (and butcher).
Came home and did almost final packing. The suitcase closed but it was a struggle, much more a struggle than when we came to the UK!
A quick trip to the pub for a pint or two of Thwaites and then home for a delicious dinner (thanks BrambleBlossom) and then we finished our game of Mexican Train. I rose from 5th place to 2nd place…
As we played we looked outside and snow was falling… Very lovely to see but I hope it goes before our drive to Manchester airport tomorrow.
