Norway will help speed production of weapons for Ukrainian troops. They will invest in Ukrainian defense tech companies. 

In Russia they are stealing the butter. Russian social media has shown stocks of butter being stolen. Some supermarkets are putting butter in locked cabinets. Businesses have to compete for labor with higher wages because so many people have been sent to war and so many other people fled the country to avoid going to war. The unemployment rate is only 2.4%. So some people are benefitting. Growth without development, meaning the costs of everything goes up so it looks like national income is going up but there is no improvement to health, education, or infrastructure. To cool it the Russian central bank raised its key interest rate to 21%. It is expected to raise it further.
