Another day another loaf

This one contains my usual random mix of black wheat, brown spelt, strong white and buckwheat flours (the first two stoneground locally) plus sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, linseed and fennel seeds.
Roughly 24 hours from start to finish.
I like it heavy.
